The Happy Tart just opened its second northern Virginia location in Falls Church, and its mouthwatering gluten-free treats keep you coming back again and again.
They have cookies, tiramisu, cakes, cake pops (pictured!), macaroons, and quiche --- all served up in a light-splashed and spacious eat-in bakery.
