Homemade Granola 101

 

If you would like to wake up to homemade granola in the mornings - its not as hard as you think.
I loosely follow a very basic recipe and use less sweeteners than called for and add more mix-ins too. For example : coconut flakes, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. This is perfect for breakfast with yogurt and almond milk - or just as good eaten as a snack or as a dessert over ice cream!
