This is a yummy and super easy chilled pie recipe that is a crowd pleaser!
Make the pudding filling and set aside. For the crust, melt 1/2 cup of butter and crush up a bunch of peanut butter sandwich cookes (16-20). ( I've used the Girl Scout cookie version and I've also used Nutter Butters. You could probably do it with other cookie varieties, but I like the chocolate/peanut butter combo.) Mix up the cookies crumbs with the butter, and press into a pie pan to form the crust. Then add the pudding. Chill until you are ready to serve. It won't last long:)
