This is a great go-to dip recipes that you can make in less than 5 minutes! It goes great with anything from a crudite platter to a big bowl of potato chips.
you will need::
equal amounts low fat mayo and nonfat greek yogurt (I usually do two cups of each)
2 tsp beau monde seasoning (you can find it at the grocery store with the other spices)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried dill
2-3 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
mix it all together and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
