I do like to make dinners "from scratch" - and this one has lots of "from scratch" elements to it, so I think it should count as such - but I did get a little help from Trader Joe's! TJ's now has a few jarred sauces on their shelves and this curry sauce just sounded too good to pass up. You pour in into a pan with a cup of water, heat it, add chicken or shrimp or tofu or whatever you have - I added some broccoli as well, and heat until cooked. Serve over rice and there you have it - dinner!! And my 12 year old loved it!
