Eating Fruit in Season




Have you had a grapefruit lately? They are SO good and in season!! I find the easiest way to eat and enjoy them is to cut off all the skin and then cut into sections along the natural segmented lines of the fruit. You get a bit less of the fiber - but it is nicer to eat. And eaten this way a grapefruit goes down so smooth and easy - you might eat another!!
