A client recently asked us to help her with an exposed brick fireplace wall in her kitchen. It's an awesome feature that we should all be so lucky to have! She wanted to be able to switch out the items she used on her wall, ranging from art to jars of spices. This ledge turned out to be just the right solution, and it comes in several widths. Before we called in our handyman to attach the ledges, we played around with the placement + spacing, and ultimately decided to add a clock to the mix too!
These ledges are great because they jut out a mere 3 inches from the wall, and have a lip on the leading edge ... so you can lean framed pictures, postcards, seasonal greeting cards, small votive candle holders, and other small items on them.
