Just sat down to this wonderful curry! I found the recipe in the Washington Post last week. It is from Bonnie Benwick's column. She always features easier yet interesting and often fancy meals. This one was no exception. It was easy to make, and as I took my first bite, I felt like I was eating in a restaurant. That is a good feeling on a Sunday night!
