I have an old school desk I bought at a yard sale years ago. I had always imagined my kids would use it for drawing and then homework. But alas, it sat neglected and stained, in the playroom. I decided that it could have a new and different use - as a side table! Think outside the box when decorating your home. If you have a piece of furniture, even if it's odd, if you like it, use it!
